FinderTechnologies, LLC., (“Finder,” “us,” or “we”) provides access to an online web application that facilitates online payments for its users through finder.app (the “Site”), and related applications—which include all of the text, images, audio, code and other material they contain or provide (collectively, the “Content”) and all of the features and other services they provide. The Site, the mobile app, and any other features, tools, materials, or other services (including co-branded or affiliated services) offered from time to time by Finderare referred to here as the “Service.” Please read these Terms of Use (the “Terms”) carefully before using the Service. By creating a Finderaccount, using the Site or Services, or clicking to accept or agree to these Terms anywhere that option is available, you (1) accept and agree to these Terms, (2) consent to the collection, use, disclosure and other handling of information as described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference herein, and (3) the additional terms, rules, or conditions of any promotional offer made by Finderat any time. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Content or the Service. Finderdoes not knowingly collect, either online or offline, personal information from persons under the age of thirteen. If you are under 18, you may use https://www.finder.app only with permission of a parent or guardian.

Except for Section 12, which provides for binding arbitration and a waiver of class action rights, Finderreserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change the Terms under which the Site is offered. The most current version of the Terms will supersede all previous versions. Finderencourages you to periodically review the Terms to stay informed of our updates. If a revision to the Terms, in our sole discretion, is material, we will notify you by contacting you through the email address associated with your account. Use of the Services by you after any modification to the Terms constitutes your acceptance of the Terms of Use as modified.

You consent to receive communications from us electronically and agree that all notices, disclosures, and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. As a result of your registration for the Service, you may also receive certain commercial communications from Finder. You understand and agree that these communications are part of your registration, and that, to the extent required by law, you may opt out of receiving these communications at any time by either using the unsubscribe functionality or sending an email to [email protected]. Following such an opt-out, we may still communicate with you via email to the extent permitted by applicable law.

This Agreement sets forth the terms of purchase of Services (“Product/ Program/ Membership/ Book/ Event”) from FinderTechnologies, LLC. These Services may include but are not limited to:

By placing your Order with FinderTechnologies, LLC, via clicking “accept/purchase/pay now/complete order,” or by using the Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with these terms, you should leave the FinderTechnologies, LLC website and discontinue use of the Services immediately.

Payment is required before beginning the program/product or at the end of the trial period, as indicated on your Order form, and may be a one-time fee, or a monthly or other recurring fee, as applicable. Please check the details of your Order form or Order page for the information specific to your program/product. You agree to pay the amount agreed (including an additional fees on the Order form or Order page) and not to cancel this transaction with your bank or credit card company. FinderTechnologies, LLC is not responsible for any overdraft charges, over limit charges, or NSF fees charged by your bank or credit card company. Fees for Services may be pre-paid or by installment, as indicated on your Order form. Failure to make an installment payment will result in suspension or termination of the Services. FinderTechnologies, LLC does not guarantee any specific results from use of the Services. FinderTechnologies, LLC does not make any representations or warranties as to specific outcomes or results.

In order to use the Service, you must register for an account. By registering as a user of the Service, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted (the “Registration Data”) and maintain and promptly update the Registration Data to keep it accurate, current and complete. If you provide any information that is inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or Finder has reasonable grounds to suspect that the Registration Data is inaccurate, not current or incomplete, Finder may deny you access to the Service, or terminate your account, at its sole discretion. You must be 18 years or older or the age of majority in the jurisdiction where you reside or from which you use this Service. If you register an account for the Service on behalf of an entity, such as your employer, the entity shall be the Account Owner. If you are registering on behalf of an entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to this Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You may not assign or otherwise transfer your account to any other person or entity. You acknowledge that Finder is not responsible for third party access to your account that results from theft or misappropriation of your account. Finder and its associates reserve the right to refuse or cancel service, terminate accounts, or remove or edit content in our sole discretion. You agree to (a) never to use the same password for the Service that you use or have ever used outside of the Service; (b) keep your Username and Password confidential and not share them with anyone else; (c) immediately notify Finder of any unauthorized use of your username and password or account or any other breach of security; and (d) use only your own username and password to access the Service’s Restricted Areas. Finder cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this Section.

When addressing financial matters in any of our websites, videos, newsletters, programs or other content, we’ve taken every effort to ensure that we accurately represent our programs and their ability to grow your business and improve your life. However, the Company does not guarantee that you will get any results or earn any money using any of our ideas, tools, strategies or recommendations, and nothing on our Sites is a promise or guarantee to you of future earnings.

YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE ANY OF THE SERVICES IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. By purchasing the Services, you accept, agree and understand that you are fully responsible for your progress and results from your participation and that we offer no representations, warranties or guarantees verbally or in writing regarding your earnings, business profit, marketing performance, audience growth or results of any kind. You alone are responsible for your actions and results in life and business which are dependent on personal factors including, but not necessarily limited to, your skill, knowledge, ability, dedication, business savvy, network and financial situation, to name just a few. You also understand that any testimonials or endorsements by our customers or audience represented on our programs, websites, content, landing pages, sales pages or offerings have not been scientifically evaluated by us and the results experienced by individuals may vary significantly. Any statements outlined on our websites, programs, content and offerings are simply our opinion and thus are not guarantees or promises of actual performance. We offer no professional legal, medical, psychological or financial advice.

For each program the mastermind community is about sharing and growing with other program members. There is absolutely no solicitation (selling or offering) of any kind to other members. You shall not sell any other programs or products or services to any other member (including your own). You shall not ask any other member to join other social networks, groups, or programs. If you are found in breach of these terms you will be removed from the program without refund.

You may cancel your Service by contacting Finder Support via email at [email protected], via the in-Service communication (Intercom) found inside your Finder dashboard, or you may cancel your account at any time inside the Finder application under the "Settings" tab. If you cancel your service in the middle of the plan, your data will not be deleted until the next billing cycle. Once your account is fully cancelled, all of your data will immediately be deleted from Finder. Since deletion of all data is final please be sure that you do in fact want to cancel your account before doing so. If you have received a free trial of the Service, your account will not be billed if you cancel before the end of your free trial period. After your free trial period ends, your account will be billed a monthly Service charge. The monthly Service charge is subject to change; Finder will provide advance notice of at least one billing cycle in the event of any change to your monthly Service charge. The annual Service charge is subject to change; Finder will provide advance notice of at least one month prior to your new billing cycle in the event of any change to your annual Service charge.
